I am so excited to be sharing with you that this year the Tampa Bay Businesses for Culture & the Arts is not only celebrating those businesses and individuals that significantly contribute to arts and culture in our community, but we are also going to be highlighting the local artists and art!
Guests will start the evening rocking out to The String Diva, Betsy Goode and will then get to experience a sneak peek performance of Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center's "Wonderland: Alice's New Musical Adventure."
The fundraising portion of the gala will showcase some of the best creative talent in the Bay Area in a live auction where attendees can bid on performers and artists to bring art and culture into their businesses or homes for the holidays. The lineup includes some of the Bay Area’s best musicians and performers for office or private holiday parties and unique pieces of art work that make great gifts or office décor.

Good day
I guess my piece of information here does not quite have much meaning to Tampa, but I would nevertheless like to invite the art supporters there to also visit my friends - Alida and Gerrit Pitout's South African art site.
They do photography, oils and pastels - mainly of the South African scene and nature.
Your visit will be taken as an honour - and there is no push to buy!

Support [5]art and "Leave your Name at the Door." [5]art is kicking off its first ever membership campaign and for a tax deductible contribution, you will leave a mark on the organization, literally. As a sponsoring member your name will be posted in the doorway surrounding the gallery space in the historic Santella Cigar Factory in West Tampa. On March 19-21 a public art display of chalk drawings will cover the sidewalks in Hyde Park Village. The Tampa Bay Business Committee for the Arts is inviting local and professional artists, as well as individuals, families and companies to participate. Prizes will be given for best drawings. The Chalk Walk will draw people to Hyde Park Village to enjoy art and to help celebrate the local arts community.
