- South Seminole Heights. It has great character and is close to South Tampa and Downtown. It can feel a little seedy to the outsider, but it has its charm.
- If you were to move to a different neighborhood, what would it be and why?
- Downtown, Downtown, Downtown, I want Tampa to have a dynamic and exciting downtown, where people live, work, and play. Down with Urban Sprawl.
- What is your favorite thing about Tampa?
- The people, the beach, the weather, its potential for greatness.

- I am a Chef , amongst other things, at Chefs on the Loose. I teach, cook , search for great local ingredients, and help prepare some of the best food you will ever eat. Well at least i think so.

- Hi Brand Tampa Friends, I have been so busy at Chefs On The Loose I have not been keeping up with my page. We have some relly great events coming up at Chefs On The Loose, Rene Valenzuela from the TacoBus is coming in June, our buddy Bobby Triplett is doing another Backyard Bistro event coming up in June as well. If anyone knows, or has a favorite chef in town let me know so we can get them to come and be a Guest Chef. I like to think about our space like an art gallery for Chefs. They can escape the everyday menu of whatever restaurant they cook in and showcase their personality through their food at Chefs On The Loose. Holla

- If you haven't noticed I am pretty much selflessly promoting Chefs on the Loose. If you are looking for something different to do in Tampa and you love great food well you know what i'm going to say. Check out http://steamykitchen.com/blog/2008/10/26/artisan-steak-tasting/, we had an Artisan beef tasting and Jaden Hair friend and chef wrote about it on her blog. Totally worth the time to check it out. Okay done self promoting for now. Join the new group Tampa Bay Eats too. the guy who started it is totally cool.
