- How long have you lived here?
- 19 years
- What neighborhood do you live in, why did you choose it and what do you like about it?
- I live in the Channel District. I chose it because I grew up in New Jersey, only a few miles from midtown Manhattan and I missed the city. I was excited to see that Tampa was encouraging people to reside in the downtown neighborhoods. I purchased my loft almost 5 years ago and I've been living in it with my 3 daughters for 4 years now.
- If you were to move to a different neighborhood, what would it be and why?
- It will be almost impossible to compete with the Channel District. It has grown so much from when I moved in. It's one of the most centrally located neighborhoods in all of Tampa
- What is your favorite thing about Tampa?
- The opportunities...
- What kinds of things are you involved in?
- Art and design.
