How long have you lived here?
Over 25 years
What neighborhood do you live in, why did you choose it and what do you like about it?
Temple Terrace. I love Hillsborough County, it's been my home for over 52 years!
If you were to move to a different neighborhood, what would it be and why?
I would never move, I'm the largest science center in the Southeastern United States!
What is your favorite thing about Tampa?
Being conveniently located across from the University of South Florida and within miles from Interstate 75 and I-275.
What kinds of things are you involved in?
Advancing public interest, knowledge, and understanding of science, industry, and technology.
Tell us about what you do.
I offer a comprehensive overview of science and technology through a 400,000 square feet campus of interpretive exhibits and visual displays on natural disasters, health and wellness, physics, astronomy and more!

For the diverse community and the over 1 million tourists and guests who visit annually.

MOSI PROGRAM INSPIRES HISPANIC YOUTH TO DREAM BIGGER

Tampa, FL (September 16, 2008) – For over 10 years, MOSI’s YES! (Youth Enriched by Science) Team program has been quietly helping Hispanic middle and high school students beat the odds and pursue professional careers in science, math and technology.
