Read my review of Maria's Song, an incredibly touching, original piece of theater about the plight of an illegal immigrant mother trying to keep her son. I highly recommend this show. For details click here.

Profile Information

If you live in Tampa Bay, Why are you here?
I love the arts scene in the Tampa Bay area. I'm on Brand Tampa to promote the arts. I just became a theater blogger for Creative Loafing. http://blogs.creativeloafing.com/dailyloaf/sally/ I'm also theater critic for http://TampaBayArts.net.
How long have you lived here?
15+ years
What neighborhood do you live in, why did you choose it and what do you like about it?
I'm in St. Pete, and I like it for it's retro feel.
What is your favorite thing about Tampa?
It would have to be Ybor City with its rich historical background, the cigar factories, the Cuban Club. Mostly, it has The Castle, the best Goth bar on the face of the planet.
What kinds of things are you involved in?
I just participated in Deep Carnivale, writers and readers event in Ybor City. I gave a reading from my book, Shadow Cat, and taught a writing workshop.
Tell us about what you do.
I'm currently really enjoying writing theater reviews. Also check out my online novel, FlashCut at TampaBayArts.net. I write young adult horror as Sally Bosco, and adult paranormal romance/erotica as Zoe LaPage. I'm constantly trying to write the book I really want to write.
If you live in Tampa, Why do you stay?
I love this area.
Where else have you lived?
Cheshire, Conn, a small, pastoral town in New England.
What kinds of things are you interested in seeing on Brand Tampa?

Hi Sally, I hope things are well with you. An artist sent me an invite several months ago and I joined. However, I'm never on these sites, (I really don't understand how they work), so I never come on unless I get a note like now. Have a good on!
